Head Trainer Dr. Nick Sita: is a Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist, a Certified Sport Performance Coach, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. He holds a PhD in exercise physiology as well as a M.S. in Physical and Occupational Therapies. He was formerly the Official Speed, Strength and Conditioning Consultant to the Philadelphia Kixx, and Wings, NY/NJ MetroStars, U.S. National Rugby Team, the San Diego Spirit, Philadelphia University, The 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup and a Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach at the U.S. Olympic Training Centers in Colorado Springs and San Diego. A NCAA Division 1 Nationals Wrestling qualifier. Select-Side Rugby Player and U.S. National Judo Team Member. Dr. Sita was the co-founder and managing director of the Canyon Ranch Health Resorts Summer Youth Program and a Co-Owner of the Parisi Speed School. Trainer Kiyon Harvey
Is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sport Performance Specialist has extensive experience with maximizing the sport performance of young athletes. Coach Harvey was a four-year varsity, stand-out track and field athlete at Washington High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After high school Kiyon enlisted and honorably served four years with the United States Army where he was stationed in Georgia, Oklahoma and Korea. He is currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology.
Coach Harvey's love for fitness and athletics in general, brought him back to the Philadephia Area where he has worked for five years in the Health & Fitness industry to perfect his skills in sport performance coaching techniques.
Recently Coach Harvey has begun to focus his own athletic skill on becoming an appearance athlete, earning a fifth place finish in the 2007 Tracy Greenwood Classic. Kiyon has been featured on NBC's Wednesday 10-Show and trains the Biggest Loser's Season-Seven, Nicole Mikhalic as well as NBC's Denise Nakano and Dave Warren.
