I am thrilled to bring over 30 years of experience in squash, both as a player and a coach, to Berwyn Squash. I'm a WSF Level 1 and 2 certified coach, and passionate about helping players of all ages grow in the game. Whether I’m
working with children just learning how to hold a racquet or guiding advanced athletes preparing for national and international competition, I take pride in creating a safe, motivating, and productive environment where players can
thrive.
I especially enjoy teaching young kids the fundamentals—grip, return of service, forehand and backhand shots—and helping them build confidence on the court. My background includes varsity-level squash, and I bring a
professional attitude, maturity, and a deep love for the game into every lesson. Coaching, for me, is not just about technique—it's about developing strong, thoughtful players who enjoy the journey as much as the wins.
As a Squash and Fitness coach, I like to implement science into squash training. This involves the understanding of the performance process as well as allowing the identification of mental strengths and weaknesses. This in turn allows me to fine tune our training sessions and drills for each individual.
